Gail Hermesch is the CEO and advisor of Strategic Impact (2005), an employee training and development company based in Kansas. She is a Certified Development Trainer, Coach, Consultant and Key-Note Speaker, specializing in creating a culture of excellence. In 2015, she launched Sisterhood Journey, a motivational and online support group for women around the world with over 300 members. Her leadership skills, combined with over 25 years’ experience in sales and marketing, contribute to her powerful desire to help others succeed.
Gail has been recognized for the past five consecutive years, for being a woman of outstanding leadership in Public Speaking by the International Women's Leadership Association. She is a member of the American Society for Training & Development, the Global Keynote Speaker Association, and the National Association of Professional Women. She maintains local community support through memberships of area chambers where she also serves on the board of directors. In 2017, Gail was accepted into the Forbes Coaches Council, an invitation-only community through Forbes Magazine, for leading business and career coaches. She is a Certified High-Level Consulting Trainer with the Center for Organizational Design, Inc. of Littleton, Colorado and is a partner and faculty member of 360 Solutions of Waco, Texas.
